Zangrillo Family Foundation

The Zangrillo Family Foundation, Dragon Global, and our Magic City Innovation District Partners, have made or committed to over $30 million to support local Miami charities and Climate Impact projects.

Foundation Focus

The Zangrillo Family Foundation’s mission is to create a sustainable, evolved future for humanity and our planet.

We do this by helping to save the Amazon rainforest, empower indigenous peoples, and support social entrepreneurship for communities in the Amazon rainforest by donating to select projects that support the bio-economy.

In addition, locally, in Little Haiti we are working to enable the next generation of leaders through empowerment backpacks, technology labs, and support for local charities.

Through these initiatives, we aim to foster sustainability, education, and leadership, creating a brighter future for all.

Climate Impact

The Robert Zangrillo Family Foundation has funded over $100,000 to environment initiatives that empower indigenous peoples to protect and preserve the Amazonian rainforest. Our goal is to provide enough work for indigenous families, the protectors of the jungle, so that they can be independent and have a stable source of income and stop them from accepting offers from oil and mining companies and other threats that will destroy the primary forest and pollute the most biodiverse place in Earth.

We do this by supporting indigenous people and empowering local organizations that are working in conservation projects to protect the indigenous forest and build cultural, medicinal and food sovereignty through reforestation with carefully selective native tree species and territory mapping.
